You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the actual delivery date, without giving any reason. After canceling you have another 14 days to send back your product. The total order amount will be credited, including the costs of shipping. The only costs you have to bear are the shipping costs for sending the product from your home to our store in the Netherlands. If you want to use your right to withdraw the order, we kindly request to return the product in its original condition and packaging (if possible), including all accessories. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to start the withdrawal procedure. We will conduct the reimbursement within 14 days after registration of your withdrawal.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, we ask you to send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number. We are here to help and will do anything in our power to get you the correct item as soon as possible.
